Who We Are

Founder & Lead | Pre-Med Student, Rutgers University

I started CiviqPulse because I realized how disconnected my peers, and even I, often felt from the policies that directly shape our healthcare and everyday lives. With interests in both medicine and advocacy, I wanted to build something that makes complex policy issues more understandable and gives people practical ways to take action in their own communities. What drives me is the belief that better health outcomes come not only from treatment, but also from awareness, access, and empowering people to have a voice in the systems that affect their care.

Our Mission

CiviqPulse aims to raise policy awareness by educating communities about proposed healthcare policies and providing practical tools to help individuals learn more about their healthcare. This awareness helps establish local advocacy groups focused on addressing community-specific healthcare concerns, such as improving access to affordable care and promoting preventative health education.

To support this mission, CiviqPulse incorporates live NIH data to spotlight major underfunded diseases and raise awareness of areas that continue to be overlooked in research and policy conversations. By translating this information into accessible, community-facing tools, the platform helps people better understand where critical gaps exist and why they matter. This creates a stronger foundation for advocacy by empowering individuals and local groups to push for increased attention, funding, and policy change where it is needed most.
